BIO
I was born and bred in South Auckland. I work clinically at Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau as a General Surgeon with a sub-specialisation in Upper Gastrointestinal and Bariatric Surgery. I am the Director of Trauma for Counties Manukau.
I am the current Head of the Medical Programme for the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.
I am the current chair of the Aotearoa New Zealand National Committee for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
