TEACHING INTERESTS
I have loved learning and teaching for as long as I can remember, and I have 15 years of experience in university-level education. I have substantial experience in lecturing undergraduate students (in first, second, and third year) in both Australia and New Zealand, in classes of up to 500 students and cohorts of up to 2500 students, and in subjects such as Introductory Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and Hilbert Spaces. In Semester 2 of 2026 I am lecturing MATHS 315 (Mathematical Logic).
I am currently supervising one PhD student, Ryan Thompson, who is studying at Victoria University of Wellington, with co-supervisor Professor Lisa Orloff Clark.
