Reza possesses extensive expertise as a deep learning software engineer and has a clear vision of leveraging technological advancements in computing and artificial intelligence to address health disparities. His primary focus is on developing smart assistive technologies, constructing intelligent software platforms and solutions that enhance support for individuals with mental or physical limitations, and equipping healthcare professionals with advanced tools and equipment. Reza holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Software Engineering, along with a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Presently, he holds a tenured position as a Senior Lecturer in Software Engineering at the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Software Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, The University of Auckland, New Zealand. His research revolves around creating innovative and intelligent healthcare systems utilizing deep learning technologies, speech and speaker identification, and automation of software test oracles.
