I investigate the genetic mechanisms underpinning human disease with bioinformatics and data science tools. My research involves integrating genomics data (e.g., gene expression, genotype, chromatin interaction) with population and healthcare data in meaningful ways to identify actionable biomarkers that can be exploited for novel therapeutics and precision medicine.
